Filey Crescent Gardens

Filey prides itself on award winning Parks and Gardens. Stroll through the Crescent Gardens as you take in the stunning views across the bay, while listening to the summer brass band concerts in the newly built bandstand

Filey Beach

Filey beach has a glorious wide stretch of golden sand. The beach is lined with a historical promenade from where the beauty of the dramatic Filey Brigg can be seen. On the beach pony rides, sailing lessons and deckchairs are available.

The 'Old' Filey Trail

Explore the old part of Filey starting at the Country Park and discover the town's incredible history prior to becoming a popular Holiday Resort.

Filey Bird Garden & Animal Park

With 5 acres to explore you can feed our friendly animals, have fun on the play park, learn wildlife facts or relax in beautiful gardens whilst watching exotic birds.

Important Information and Frequently Asked Questions

Guest Room Locations
Room 2 (single), 3 (large kingsize) and 4 (large double) are located on the first floor (1 flight of stairs)
Rooms 5 (large twin) and 6 (small double) are located on the second floor (2 flights of stairs)

Parking
We do not have any allocated parking
There are side streets just off Station Road, where the Guest House is located
where guests can generally find parking with no restrictions.
Alternatively, there is a private owned 24 hour car park just yards away
and can be seen from the property

Check in Times
Check in times are now from 12:30pm to 1:30pm
and 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Please note, we do not run a 24hour reception service
If you require an alternative check in time, please contact us to arrange prior to your visit.

Pets
We allow Small to Medium size dogs only to stay at the property 
(maximum of 2 dogs per room)
for an additional fee of £10 per night

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in public areas of the property,
particularly landings/staircase/hallway and must never be left alone in the property.  
and we welcome them to join you in the breakfast room.
We would ask that your dogs are NOT allowed on to the Guest Beds
and owners should ensure their pets have their own beds and bedding

Breakfast is currently included for all reservations
However, Please Note that as from 21 October 2024, we will no longer be able to provide breakfast
and our charges will be reduced accordingly to a Room Only Rate from this date

All our Guest Rooms have a Small Private Ensuite Shower Room and are equippd with fresh bed linen and towels, hairdryer and toiletries, Flat Screen TV,  kettle with tea & coffee
